Description As an occupational therapist, you will be part of our rehabilitation team consisting of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation assistants. Together, the team is responsible for rehabilitation services in regular housing, assisted living facilities, functional support services, and our short-term residential care. Your responsibilities include: assessment and treatment of reduced activity capacity, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation services. Your work includes instructing and guiding care personnel and family members team collaboration with the individual at the center, working with other professionals such as social workers in elderly care, unit managers, nursing assistants, and nurses. Qualifications We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist. Experience from municipal health and medical care is a merit, but we also welcome applications from those without such experience. Excellent skills in both written and spoken Swedish. Driver's License B is required as driving is part of the position. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. The work requires strong collaboration skills, flexibility, and a structured work approach.
