The Rehabilitation Unit is a central part of this investment and is undergoing an exciting transformation process to meet current needs. The team currently consists of dedicated physiotherapists, occupational therapists, care coordinators, nurses, and care staff who work together to support patients within home healthcare. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Occupational Therapist in municipal primary care In your role as an occupational therapist, you create good conditions for individuals to live as independently as possible. You also serve as a sounding board for your colleagues on rehabilitation matters, delegate, and offer guidance as needed. The work requires a flexible approach with the patient's needs at the center. To support you in your work, you have a pleasant and helpful team of experienced and knowledgeable colleagues. You also have Ingela Löfberg as your direct manager and Annica Edlund, Medical Responsible for Rehabilitation (MAR), who oversees the municipality's quality and development work, available for support.
