Groundskeeping Supervisor / Park Worker

We are now seeking park workers who want to be part of a positive and driven work team. The work is varied, flexible, and dynamic. You will have the opportunity to spend a lot of time outdoors. You and your colleagues will be responsible for ensuring that work tasks are performed correctly and safely. The work involves operating various types of gardening equipment, and some tasks may be physically demanding. As a park worker, you will primarily work with · grass cutting, · weed control, · hedge trimming, · edging, · planting vegetation and watering and maintaining these, · cleaning and leaf collection as well as · snow removal, de-icing, and maintenance sweeping. You will work together with your colleagues to create pleasant outdoor environments. Who you are and your qualifications It is a requirement that you have documented prior experience with similar work. You should have experience operating various types of gardening, agricultural, and forestry equipment and be able to independently perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs during work shifts and in the field. You should be communicative and have good collaborative skills with colleagues. You should be a team player, take responsibility, and enjoy working outdoors. It is a merit if you have knowledge of plants and pruning and/or training in chainsaw and brush cutter operation. Open to all We focus on your skills, not your other circumstances.
