You actively participate in hands-on work while planning, leading, and monitoring production. Examples of Responsibilities: · Lead and allocate daily work at the job site · Participate in production and support the team in ground work · Ensure work follows drawings, schedules, and quality requirements · Monitor progress, resources, and materials · Handle basic documentation such as logbooks and self-inspections Grävtech operates in Norrbotten, and for this position you will be based in Malmfälten. The role involves on-site work Monday through Thursday. What We're Looking For: You have experience from the construction or ground and infrastructure industry, either in a similar role or as a skilled worker ready to take the next step. You have a good understanding of how production works and feel confident taking responsibility in daily operations. It's an advantage if you have work supervision experience, but it's not required. If you have previously worked with documentation, planning, or coordination, we see that as a plus. We believe your personal qualities are key to how well you'll thrive in this role. You're someone who takes responsibility, is solution-oriented, and enjoys collaborating with others. You have a natural ability to create structure in your daily work and aren't afraid to take initiative when needed.
