You participate in the practical work while planning, leading, and following up on production. Examples of work tasks: · Lead and distribute daily work on the job site · Participate in production and support the team in earthwork · Ensure work follows drawings, schedules, and quality standards · Monitor progress, resources, and materials · Handle basic documentation such as daily logs and self-inspections Grävtech operates in Norrbotten, and for this position you will be based in Malmfälten. The role involves on-site work from Monday to Thursday. What we're looking for: You have experience from the construction or earthwork and installation industry, either in a similar role or as a skilled worker ready to take the next step. You have a good understanding of how production works and feel confident taking responsibility in daily operations. It's a merit if you have experience in work supervision, but it's not a requirement. If you've previously worked with documentation, planning, or coordination, we see that as a plus. We believe your personal qualities are decisive for how well you'll thrive in this role. You are someone who takes responsibility, is solution-oriented, and enjoys collaborating with others. You have a natural ability to create structure in your daily work and are not afraid to take initiative when needed.
