Information about the position Professionals Nord is seeking, in collaboration with Rosenqvist Entreprenad, a site supervisor for the mid/north region as part of its expansion in Norrland. This is a direct recruitment, meaning that the recruitment process is handled by Professionals Nord and you will be employed directly by Rosenqvist Entreprenad. The position can be placed flexibly, but preferably in Västernorrland/Southern Västerbotten as upcoming projects will largely take place in Västernorrland's inland. This includes responsibility for personnel, quality, and work environment. Examples of work tasks: Planning and monitoring production and schedules Leading and distributing work in the field Resource planning Working with quality, work environment, and safety Contributing to efficient and well-functioning project execution We are looking for you who has relevant experience from a similar role within ground, infrastructure, contracting, and/or construction. We also view positively on you who are curious to grow into the role! You are comfortable with practical work and appreciate a hands-on role, while also having experience with some documentation and administrative follow-up. Most important to us is your attitude and personality! We are looking for someone who leads with drive, warmth, and strong communication. We see that you are flexible, decisive, and solution-oriented who easily builds trust and creates an engaged team. You master Swedish in speech and writing and have a Class B driver's license. Traveling for work is a given for you and you preferably have experience working 7 days on, 7 days off as many of the projects require this.
