Job Description As a work leader at IRG, you have a central role in daily operations. You lead and allocate work, receive orders, plan assignments, and ensure that the workday is executed efficiently, economically, and with quality. This role suits you if you thrive with responsibility, pace, and people. You need to be able to make decisions, create order, follow up, and at the same time be someone the staff trusts. You are present, clear, and solution-oriented – a leader who makes things happen. You will have close contact with both employees, customers, subcontractors, and internal functions. The position also includes customer responsibility within your area, which involves quotation work, business follow-up, pricing, and ongoing dialogue with both existing and new customers. Responsibilities and Tasks • Lead and allocate daily work. • Plan and ensure that the workday is executed well, efficiently, and profitably. • Maintain customer contact, provide quotes, and follow up on business. • Perform cost calculations, price work, and contribute to sales within your area. • Handle leave requests, time reporting, and ongoing personnel matters. • Conduct employee meetings and provide support to operators in daily operations. • Work with deviations, improvements, and contribute to a good work environment. • Participate in developing work methods, productivity, and the business's continued growth. You report to the Operations Manager. You need to understand the rules, policies, and legal requirements related to the business. Who Are You? We are not just looking for an administrator. Requirements • Experience in work leadership, personnel matters, or another leadership role. • Good administrative ability and ease in creating structure. • Ability to handle customers, employees, and assignments in a professional manner. • Excellent Swedish in speech and writing. • Good computer skills. • Class B driver's license. It is advantageous if you have experience from water and sewage, transport, construction, service operations, heavy vehicles, or other related industries. Experience with traffic regulations, transport planning, driving and rest times, or vehicle-related legal requirements is also advantageous.
