As a work supervisor, you are responsible for leading and coordinating work on damage claims, primarily fire and water damage. You will work closely with both customers and employees, and be a key person in ensuring quality and efficiency in our assignments. The role involves budget and personnel responsibility for a team of approximately 6 employees. You report to the Regional Manager and are part of the region's management team, which consists of 4 additional supervisors. About You You have the ability to lead others, create engagement and structure, and a drive to develop both yourself and the business. It is important that you are a team player—here we all work toward the same goal. You also have: Experience with estimating (in MEPS) Good computer skills and experience with digital tools Experience working in fire restoration and personal property handling Swedish proficiency in speech and writing at a good level Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously Class B driver's license We Offer A varied, independent, and stimulating job with significant responsibility.
