Production Supervisor

Description:

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading and distributing work tasks within surface treatment and sheet/steel work on marine vessels. You will coordinate a team consisting of both your own employees and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues in production and planning, which provides a unique insight into different aspects of the business. The assignment is located in Landskrona, where you will become part of an engaged and collaborative team with a present manager who values competence development and employee engagement. Here there are excellent opportunities to develop your skills by working with experienced colleagues with high technical expertise. The work offers great variety and you will have the opportunity to work with marine vessels of different types. No two days are the same, which creates a dynamic and stimulating work environment. Your Background Your leadership ability is central to this assignment, and therefore it is important that you have a solid background in work supervision. You have a natural ability to lead, engage, and motivate your team, which contributes to a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, quality, and results. As a person, you are goal-oriented, communicative, and structured, with the ability to make well-founded decisions even in a fast-paced work environment. You have a technical background and thrive in industrial environments. You are confident in your role as a work supervisor but at the same time driven to develop and take on new challenges. You master Swedish and English in speech and writing. Experience with surface treatment as well as sheet and steel work within marine, industrial, or workshop-related operations is a merit. The assignment requires you to undergo and be approved according to applicable regulations for security clearance at any given time. For assignments where the employer has requirements for security classification, this may, if applicable, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
