About the role as Electrical Work Supervisor The role involves daily supervision of installers and subcontractors. You will ensure that the installers carry out their work and complete their tasks while adhering to the established timeline. You will handle planning of work tasks and coordination with other disciplines. You will also be responsible for material handling and ongoing monitoring of quality, work environment, and production. In this role, you report to the production manager. Example of work tasks: lead and delegate work within electrical installation ensure that work is performed according to applicable regulations, drawings, and quality standards collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors follow up on work environment, safety, and order at the workplace Who are you? As a person, you are organized and thorough in your work. You ensure that work is performed and completed with high quality. You are accustomed to taking responsibility for the whole, leading teams, and collaborating with colleagues, consultants, and clients in a humble manner. We are looking for someone who has: experience in supervision within electrical contracting good technical understanding of electrical power and installation systems experience in managing and establishing project and quality documentation experience in coordinating multiple contractors and disciplines fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is highly advantageous if you have experience with mission-critical facilities such as data centers, hospitals, or similar environments. Experience with critical infrastructure, for example UPS systems, backup power, switchgear, and power distribution, is also considered a major advantage.
