We are looking for an ambitious operations manager who wants to help develop both the team, work methods, and daily operations. If this sounds like you, you could be our next warehouse operations manager at our state-of-the-art logistics center in Kumla! Our new logistics center in Kumla has now been put into operation and is the hub for all of Solar's distribution in Sweden. Here are some important personal qualities that are crucial for thriving and succeeding in the role of operations manager: Thorough and responsible: You will be responsible for leading your team of approximately 15-20 employees, distributing work, and ensuring the warehouse is well-organized. Collaborative and solution-oriented: You will work together with other operations managers and departments to support the company's overall goals. Flexible and adaptable: You will handle various tasks and be prepared to tackle new challenges, as well as shape new routines and processes in Kumla.
