Foreman in Scaffolding – AH Projektering AB AH Projektering AB is growing and is now seeking an engaged and experienced foreman in scaffolding. About the Position As a foreman with us, you will have a central role in our operations. You will be responsible for leading and distributing work on our projects, ensuring that jobs are carried out efficiently and according to plan, and that staff have the right conditions to do good work. You are the link between management, installers, and customers. Responsibilities Lead and plan the daily work for our scaffolding installers Ensure that projects are completed according to schedule and quality standards Maintain contact with customers and be responsible on the job sites Workplace safety responsibility and ensure that safety regulations are followed Participate in planning and problem-solving when project changes occur Qualifications Experience working with building scaffolding Previous experience working as a scaffolding installer Experience in team leadership is a merit Good understanding of safety and workplace environment in construction Ability to organize, plan, and lead personnel Class B driver's license is a requirement Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-oriented, and clear in your leadership.
