For the Labor Market Unit, we are now seeking a driven and creative practical supervisor with experience in labor market initiatives and employment-oriented day activities. Employment-oriented day activities aim to promote participation in society and contribute to personal development based on participants' own conditions. As a supervisor in the activities, you will guide and educate participants in the basic competencies required to obtain employment, both independently and together with colleagues. You will guide participants in their daily activities at our Resource department. You work based on each individual's specific needs and conditions. You challenge and support. Documentation and follow-up of competency development among participants is done continuously. You should be able to convey knowledge about working life, support and motivate participants to take the step to external day activities or employment. To succeed, it is important that you enjoy practical work, while having a genuine interest in people and their development. Qualifications Upper secondary education Experience supervising people with various functional variations in practical activities Knowledge of labor market needs and good knowledge of society Ability to build good relationships Very good ability to communicate in Swedish orally and in writing Unhindered use of digital work tools Class B driver's license As a person, we want you to Be pedagogical, patient and action-oriented Have good collaboration skills and flexibility Be a problem solver Be skilled at inspiring and motivating others Salary form: Monthly salary.
