About the role As a Foreman with us, you have a key role in the organization. You are responsible for leading and developing project operations, from estimation and planning to execution and follow-up. You have full P&L responsibility and work closely with customers, site managers, and management. You will: Lead and support site managers and project teams Manage finances, quality, and schedules in projects Work with estimates and business development Build and develop customer relationships Ensure that projects are executed according to our high standards for quality and work environment Who are you? We are looking for you – a confident leader with a strong business sense and genuine passion for the construction industry. You have: Several years of experience in a leadership role in construction (e.g., site manager or foreman) Solid knowledge of contract law, finances, and project management The ability to create structure and drive projects forward A solution-oriented approach and strong communication skills As a person, you are driven, responsible, and thrive in a role where you can combine leadership with business development.
