We are now looking for a Working Supervisor for our operations organization in Katrineholm. Work Tasks Beyond Facility Maintenance You will be responsible for: - Leading and controlling daily cleaning operations; on certain sites you participate in facility maintenance - Instructing new employees and temporary staff and training personnel in quality and environmental standards - Performing quality controls and reporting deviations - Carrying out and monitoring special assignments - Assisting with startups - Key management - Ordering, receiving, and distributing cleaning materials - Organization of cleaning storage, maintenance of laundry facilities, and inspection of cleaning equipment Your Background: - You should have documented industry experience - You must have a B driver's license - You have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Leadership experience from the service industry - You should have upper secondary school qualifications or equivalent - Experience working with administration Qualities We are looking for someone who has: - The desire to develop yourself, your colleagues, and customers - The ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate We want you to: - See problems as an opportunity and have a solution-oriented approach in your daily work - Be confident and stable in yourself both professionally and personally Education: - Upper secondary school education or equivalent - Training within SRY and/or Pryl
