About the Workplace At the operating department at Halland Hospital Varberg, over 100 employees work, divided among operating room nurses, anesthesia nurses, and nursing assistants. The department has nine modern operating rooms where approximately 7,000 procedures are performed annually within orthopedics, surgery, gynecology, urology, medicine, and otolaryngology. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with specialist training in anesthesiology. You enjoy and have good ability to work both independently and as part of a team. It is important that you are flexible and can adapt to a changing environment and adjust according to operational needs. You have a positive attitude toward working with improvement opportunities that develop our operations and you contribute to a good work climate. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
