Care and Support is an operational area focused on providing safe and secure care to our citizens. We work with elderly care, short-term care, support for people with disabilities, social psychiatry, and rehabilitation. Our main task is to offer care for our citizens in different stages of life. Needs can vary depending on what type of support a citizen requires, but our approach is that everyone should have equal conditions for safe and secure care. It is important to us that those receiving care feel safe and have the opportunity to influence and have a say in their daily living. 2 position(s). DUTIES We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in people's everyday lives. In this role, you will provide support and assistance in the homes of our service users. Your duties include: • Personal care and medical interventions. • Cooking, cleaning, and shopping. • Social interaction and creating security. • Documentation in operational systems. We are seeking an engaged and responsible person who enjoys working closely with people and contributing to meaningful daily life. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Has a genuine interest in people and wants to contribute to security and quality of life. • Is flexible, responsible, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. • Has nursing assistant training (required). • Has good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. • Has a Class B driver's license, as the work involves driving between service users.
