Beautiful Minds daily program consists of several different units with content adapted to our participants' varying needs and interests. We are currently looking for an employee who will primarily work in our job group. Your responsibilities include creating clarity, security, and structure, motivating participation in activities, and inspiring involvement and community. You will work in a coaching and supportive manner with our participants to help them move toward their individual goals. We work with work-oriented and health-promoting activities including recycling, retail, gardening, and cleaning. We are looking for someone who enjoys being active with our participants and having meaningful, developmental days with them. We are looking for you with relevant education, preferably a nursing assistant with a focus on functional ability and disabilities with experience working with the target group of intellectual disabilities and autism. You should have good knowledge of LSS and of both physical and cognitive functional variations. Personal suitability and maturity are very important qualities for this position. You should be able to work both independently and in a team, be flexible and solution-focused, handle stress, take responsibility for your own emotions and needs, have a professional approach and demeanor toward our participants and colleagues, and have very good knowledge of the Swedish language. An important part of your role is contact person responsibilities and social documentation; we expect you to have good administrative skills.
