Your challenges: ipipe group is a growing company founded in 2025 by Jonas Reincke, the company's principal owner and CEO. The CEO and principal owner, Jonas Reincke, has extensive industry experience in driving successful and growing sales and manufacturing companies. As CFO, you will work closely with Jonas, the CEO, and you are naturally an important key person in the management team. You are a natural sounding board for both strategic and operational matters, and you are responsible for the overall financial picture and are involved in analysis, follow-up, and decision support. Your responsibilities include: Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing monitoring Financial reporting and closing of accounts Cash flow, liquidity, and capital planning Business-oriented analyses, KPIs, and decision-making materials Investment calculations and new markets Personnel management and development of efficient working methods You will lead and develop the finance and accounting function as it grows over time. This also includes personnel management, which requires strong leadership. You work closely with the business and collaborate closely with commercial functions, manufacturing, and other parts of the organization. The company's business system is Pyramid.
