Ease, Joy & Glory offers rental of industrial spaces, offices, shops, villas, cottages, and apartments. Our tenants are both Swedish and international. We are looking for someone who can increase rentals and create more long-term agreements with large companies. The responsibilities include managing bookings on various booking platforms, communicating with tenants, handling administrative tasks related to bookings, coordinating with other employees regarding the needs of the rental properties, and prospecting for new tenants. A major part of the role is actively contacting new corporate customers, including retail chains that may be interested in renting space in the Mejeriet Ånge business premises.
