The goal is to develop and strengthen each individual's inherent potential and abilities together with others. Responsibilities: You will primarily work with our participants who have specific needs. Provide support during schooling as well as during breaks and as needed. You will be a support at the dormitory, in the course rooms, and work with various student activities such as theme days and outdoor days. You will also work with certain documentation and administration. You should be able to work independently and be an active part of our team as well as in the school's other operations. Qualifications: Pedagogical training such as leisure time leader education or other training/experience that the employer deems equivalent. Folk education experience is a merit. We see that you are flexible, responsible, and have good collaboration skills. Duration: Fixed-term Start Date: 2026-08-10 Working Hours/Duration: 60%, until 2026-12-31.
