Apply today and take the chance to become part of the team! About the Position We are now seeking skilled CNC operators with experience in piece production for Fårbo Manufacturing in Fagersta. We are looking for operators with experience in turning and/or milling. As a CNC miller, you will primarily work on Mazak machines with Heidenhain control systems and be responsible for the entire manufacturing process – from programming to finished, inspected product. In the role of CNC turner, you will use an Okuma machine and program directly on the machine. Here too, you are responsible for the entire process, from drawing and machining to measurement and final inspection. This is a full-time consulting assignment through Adecco in Fagersta with excellent opportunities for direct employment with our client. The assignment involves shift work, 2 shifts. Start is planned for after summer (August) but could be earlier. About You We are looking for someone who is comfortable managing the entire production process from drawing to finished product and finds it easy to familiarize themselves with different control systems. We would like you to have a few years of programming experience, strong technical skills, and enjoy working in a production environment. You appreciate working independently as well as in a team. Being driven and wanting to develop is something you take for granted. It is important for the position that you have fluent Swedish, both spoken and written. A B-category driver's license, forklift certification, and overhead crane certification are advantageous. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
