Job Responsibilities: As Account Manager / Sales Representative at Lås & Larm Upplands-Bro, you will have a key role in the company's continued growth. You are responsible for developing and strengthening the company's business through sales to both existing and new customers. You will work with the entire company's offering within locks, alarms, and security solutions – from smaller components and service assignments to larger projects and comprehensive commitments. The role is broad and combines sales, customer responsibility, and business development. You actively work to identify new business opportunities through prospecting, customer meetings, and presentations of the company's solutions. At the same time, you are responsible for developing existing customer relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction through close and long-term collaboration. An important part of the work takes place at customer sites and on ongoing projects, where you serve as the link between the customer and the company's technicians. You work closely with the company's technicians to identify upselling opportunities, support customer dialogues, and ensure that deliveries are completed with high quality. In this role, you collaborate closely with the Managing Director on business development, sales strategies, and prioritized customer initiatives. You will also be part of a cohesive team where the culture is characterized by a family atmosphere, togetherness, and close collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with the company's existing customers. Identify and develop new customers through prospecting, meeting scheduling, and customer visits. Sell the company's solutions within locks, alarms, access systems, and other security solutions. Prepare and present quotes and follow up on business opportunities. Actively work with upselling on existing projects and customer engagements. Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships. Collaborate closely with technicians and other colleagues to create the best possible customer experience. Contribute to the company's continued growth and business development. Required Qualifications: Experience with B2B sales and responsibility for the entire sales process. Familiarity with applicable laws and standards. Class B driver's license. Experience from related industries is highly desirable, such as locks, alarms, construction, infrastructure, civil engineering, or fire safety. Personal Qualities: For this role, personal qualities are of utmost importance.
