À la carte cook sought for lunch restaurant serving traditional home-style cuisine We are looking for an experienced and dedicated à la carte cook for our restaurant. We serve Swedish home-style cuisine for lunch as well as a varied à la carte menu. We are seeking someone who is passionate about cooking, has strong collaboration skills, and wants to contribute to high quality and excellent service. Job Responsibilities Preparation of Swedish home-style cuisine for lunch service. Preparation of à la carte dishes according to the restaurant's concept. Food preparation, ingredient handling, and daily kitchen production. Ensure that food hygiene and quality control procedures are followed. Contribute to organization, quality, and efficiency in the kitchen. Qualifications At least 4 years of experience as a cook in home-style cuisine and/or à la carte. Good knowledge of Swedish culinary traditions and modern cooking. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Stress-resistant, responsible, and thorough. Experience in planning and organizing kitchen work is a merit. Language Requirements You must have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing. Strong communication skills are required to collaborate with colleagues, follow work instructions, and maintain a safe work environment.
