Lindesberg Municipality is seeking nurses for vacation relief/temporary employment weeks 25-32. During this period, we offer a salary of 400 kr/hour. Work will be conducted during daytime hours. Placements in Storå, Lindesberg, Frövi, or Fellingsbro within home care, residential care, or support services. 1 position(s). DUTIES As care and nursing personnel, you will work from a holistic perspective and a humanistic approach where individuals' self-determination and dignity are respected. You will work to promote security, meaningful experiences, and good quality of life within the scope of our mission. Identify and prevent risks in care according to the municipal health and medical care mandate, and assess patients' need for health and medical care measures. Make independent assessments and evaluate nursing interventions, work with deviations, self-care monitoring, and documentation. QUALIFICATIONS You must be a licensed nurse. If you have specialist or advanced education as a district nurse, geriatric training, or dementia training, that is a merit. The same applies to prescribing authority. We use the documentation system Viva and also work in systems such as Lifecare, Pascal, MCSS, and national quality registers. Any experience with these systems is also an advantage. We expect that you speak good Swedish and can use the language in both speech and writing. A class B driver's license is required. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3-6 months. Lindesberg Municipality is part of the Finnish administrative area.
