2 Vocational Teachers for the Electrical & Energy Program at Gislaveds Gymnasium

We are looking for you with drive, determination, and experience who want the privilege of being part of developing our educational activities. Your responsibilities will include teaching in specialized subjects in our upper secondary Electrical and Energy program as well as planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing instruction and the program. The Position Two of our teachers are moving on to other assignments, so we are now seeking two teachers in the Electrical and Energy program. One position will focus on teaching automation, and the other will focus on electrical technology to replace them. Our vocational teachers work together in teaching teams within the program across all grade levels and maintain contact with industry. In your role, you will work together with the program's other vocational teachers to plan, implement, evaluate, and develop instruction in specialized subjects in our upper secondary Electrical and Energy program. As a vocational teacher at Gislaveds Gymnasium, you will participate in a work team. Qualifications Desirable background and qualifications include being a certified vocational teacher in automation and electrical technology or having other equivalent experience. If you do not have teacher training, we would still be happy to have you apply; you can then pursue teacher certification for vocational instruction to some extent while employed. It is an advantage if you find it easy to contact others, as this is an important part of working as a vocational teacher. Over time, you will actively contribute to internal collaboration to continuously improve quality and the educational experience for our students. You are responsible and collaborate well with others. In your work, you cooperate with students, guardians, other teaching staff, student support services, and many other professional groups.
