Job duties include, among other things: • Provide individually adapted support and care based on the person's needs and disability. • Support the person's independence, self-determination, and personal integrity in daily activities. • Use adapted communication methods to facilitate understanding and participation. • Support the person's participation in leisure, cultural, and community activities. • Document according to current guidelines and follow and contribute to updates of care plans. • Where applicable, perform delegated medical tasks according to instructions from a nurse and report changes in condition. • Work days, evenings, nights, and weekends, including on-call nights. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who works in a structured and goal-oriented manner, with the ability to plan, organize, and follow up on your work responsibly. You are confident in yourself and remain calm even in stressful or unexpected situations, which enables you to act constructively and maintain professional conduct even under pressure. In this role, it is important that you have a good attitude toward other people, with the ability to listen, show consideration, and understand the individual's perspective. You value collaboration and contribute to a positive work environment through a solution-oriented approach to work, focusing on achieving common goals together with colleagues and other professionals. Requirements for the position: • Completed care and nursing program with passing grades • Experience working in the care profession, such as personal care or delegated medical tasks • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Merits: • Completed specialist training as a nursing assistant For employment with us, you need an extract from the police criminal record register referred to as "Work in the home with elderly and people with disabilities."
