Our current group leader and Senior Social Worker is moving on to new challenges, and we are now looking for you who want an important and meaningful assignment as a Senior Social Worker within Child and Family Services. You will have a central role in an organization that is in development and change, where your leadership makes a real difference. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Senior Social Worker, you are responsible for leading and distributing daily work and providing support and guidance both individually and in groups. The role involves close collaboration with the operations manager and the work team within child and family services, where you function as an important link between management and employees. The assignment encompasses both operational and strategic tasks with a focus on method development, quality assurance, and organizational development within social work. You ensure that work is conducted in accordance with applicable legislation and based on current knowledge and proven experience. The role includes keeping yourself updated on changes in legislation and implementing new working methods and routines in the organization. You are also responsible for presenting cases before committees and courts. You will become part of IFO's management group where we together create conditions for high-quality operations and develop work for the benefit of municipal residents. Through your leadership, you support, mentor, and introduce employees and contribute to creating a safe, clear, and development-oriented work environment where cooperation and shared responsibility are in focus. The role does not include personnel responsibility, but you work closely with the operations manager and bring attention to matters that may require management support. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker with at least five years of experience in authority work within municipal social services. If you also have experience in leadership, that is a strong merit. To succeed in this role, you need to have good knowledge of the Social Services Act and the Care of Young Persons Act, BBIC, family law, and domestic violence. As a person, you are initiative-taking and solution-focused with personal maturity and a positive outlook. You express yourself well in speech and writing, take responsibility in your role, and have the ability to combine professional competence with attentiveness and understanding of other people. You thrive in change and want to contribute to an organization where the resident is always at the center. A class B driver's license is a requirement.
