Nilaskolan is Malå Municipality's only school and houses all education from Preschool Class through adult education. Nilaskolan is preparing for primary school to become 10 years long from 2028 and therefore has a four-year lower primary level and employs teachers from preschool class. Nilaskolan is a small school with high staff density, small student groups, and a strong focus on collegial learning. Here, teachers work closely with each other and with students in an environment characterized by commitment, security, and shared responsibility for teaching quality. We are now looking for a teacher who wants to help develop our school together with us. Duties Staff responsibilities consist of planning, leading, developing, and conducting instruction as well as making adaptations that stimulate and challenge students' curiosity, development, and learning. Security and a productive work environment are important parts of the school's values. We work in teams and sometimes in subject-specific groups. Qualifications You are a certified primary school teacher. You should have good collaboration skills, be flexible, and possess pedagogical insight as well as the ability to build good relationships with our students. We appreciate if you as a person are clear, organized, creative, and have strong communication skills. Digital competence is a prerequisite for working with us. Flexibility, collaboration skills, and commitment are important qualities. Terms Full-time, permanent position if required decisions are made; probationary employment may be applicable.
